Frequently asked questions
Not noticeably. The tracker loads asynchronously, weighs just a few kilobytes and doesn’t block page rendering. Recording runs in the background and is sent in batches.
Yes. Input masking is on by default, IP addresses are anonymized, we respect consent and “Do Not Track”, and data is auto-deleted when retention expires. A DPA is available.
In the EU only (Frankfurt). Recordings, heatmaps and analytics are processed and stored in the EU region - nothing leaves Europe.

Yes. No contracts or commitments - cancel in a couple of clicks and the plan won’t renew. Annual plans can be cancelled for the next cycle.
Yes. We link every session to its Shopify order, so you see revenue per session, campaign and UTM. Installation is one script line or via GTM.
